Just continues to expand its team with more industry experts

Just is delighted to announce that Donna Draycott is joining as Head of Operations. Donna will be responsible for the head office operation processes including virtual enforcement visits and brings a wealth of experience having spent the last 14 years at Marston, one of the leading traditional enforcement companies.
Donna commented on her appointment “I am pleased to be joining the Just team who are passionate and motivated in their mission to 'do it right'. Identifying vulnerable debtors and treating them fairly, ensuring that appropriate action is taken whilst providing an excellent service to clients is something I am passionate about and something I look forward to working on with the Just team. The team has already initiated some of the biggest changes to High Court Enforcement with their work alongside Government to change the way VAT is treated and their approach to visits using technology and the introduction of virtual attendances. Working with a team that is driving change through innovation is something I really am excited about.”
