Jason Incles is appointed as Chair of Arum and Just

Arum and Just today announced Jason Incles, previously of TDX Group from 2006 to 2016, has been appointed as the board’s new Chair. Effective 9 March, Incles succeeds Jamie Waller who recently retired after serving as Chair for the past four years.

“I feel very excited to be taking on this role at such a pivotal time for our profession — the needs of our public and private sector clients in the credit and debt industries are changing rapidly against a backdrop of heightened economic pressures and consumer treatment expectations. Arum and Just are helping to address these challenges in thoughtful and innovative ways which I am pleased to be playing a part in”, said Incles.

Waller commented on the appointment, “Jason has been working with me and the executive team for the past year and I have known him professionally for many more. He is an excellent choice for my replacement, and I will be giving him my full support while I spend more time on my philanthropic duties as Chair of The Prince’s Trust, The Enterprise Network, a charity that is close to my heart having been supported by them myself as a young child.”

Arum Group Chief Executive, Andrew Pritchard, added, “Jason’s long history of leadership, coupled with his industry-specific experience makes him an ideal person for this role.
